Vince J. Glasgow Memorial Golf Tournament 2024

Welcome back to the Vince J. Glasgow Memorial Tournament website where you will find all the details regarding this third annual event, including an easy to use click-to-register tab. Vince died unexpectedly while driving home from a family event on October 9, 2021. His sons Lucas and Teddy were in the car with him when he passed; Lucas suffered a broken femur and head injuries in the ensuing crash. Teddy, thankfully, was physically unscathed. Vince left a family of five children - Evan and Miles (soon to be 14), Lucas (soon to be 11), Emma (soon to be 7), and Teddy (soon to be 4) - and the love of his life, Emily.  

Vince was a big guy, with a big smile and a big heart. He had an authentic, outgoing personality. His positive attitude and kindness to others were infectious. Vince was an easy guy to like and formed many friendships on and off the golf course. As a friend, a colleague, a father, and a husband he always gave life his best shot - Vince never layed up!

The primary goal of this tournament is to gather friends, former colleagues, and family members to share a day of fun and fellowship in honor of Vince. If the organizers succeed in also raising funds in excess of the cost of the event, 50% of those funds will be donated strictly to the educational accounts of Vince's children and 50% will be donated to Brighter Days Grief Center.

So many of you who are reading this message, along with other of Vince's friends, family members, work associates, and members of the Como and North Oaks communities, have been extraordinarily generous with your donations of time and money to Vince's family.
